Introduction

My family has a history of catering and has always enjoyed cooking and entertaining. I have followed in this tradition, and I am passionate in creating gourmet food and sharing it with others. Developing both traditional and modern dishes which are simple and combine fresh herbs, colour and tantilising flavour to please the palate for my guests. From the humble pizza, to cooked oysters, prawns, chicken, scotch fillet and vegetable shasliks.

I offer flexible and open options for food choices. My specialty is progressive eating or grazing, from the grill to gourmet pizzas. My unique mobile woodfired oven makes it possible for me to bring my catering services to almost anywhere. I can cater for any size group from 40 people upwards, ranging from birthday parties for both children and adults, clubs, to corporate shows.
