Gourmet Pizzas

  • King prawn cutlet - Vine ripened tomatoes, garlic king prawn cutlets with parmesan
  • Anchovy - Vine ripened tomatoes, red onion, anchovy & chilli with fresh basil
  • Roasted capsicum - Kalamata olive, roasted capsicum & Greek fetta
  • BBQ Chicken - Red onion, tomato, BBQ chicken, tzatziki & rocket
  • Margarita - Vine ripened tomatoes with Italian herbs and fresh basil
  • Prosciutto - Red onion, kalamata olives, red capsicum and proscuitto
  • Amore - Salami, red capsicum, red onion, olive and fresh basil
  • Hawaiian - Ham and pineapple
  • Roman - Leg ham, tomato, green capsicum, olive and fresh basil
  • Chorizzo - Tomato, red onion, green capsicum, olive, pineapple and chorizzo
  • Vegetarian - Red onion, red capsicum, green capsicum, mushroom and pumpkin (feta cheese optional)

Anchovie and chilli available with guest request. All Pizza's with Paris's 48 hour aged pizza dough, semi-cooked 12inch base with basilico sauce.

Char-Grill Shasliks

  • Green Prawn: 16/20 per pound size peeled (two per shaslik) - Marinated with olive oil, garlic, lemon, greek spices and a touch of chilli
  • Chicken: Thigh fillet, 6 inch 80 gram - Marinated with oregano, olive oil garlic and lemon
  • Fillet steak: Cubed, 6 inch 80 gram - Marinated with rosemary, garlic and olive oil
  • Vegetarian Shaslicks - Vegetarian 6 inch Shaslick with capsicum, mushrooms and red onion


Fresh South Australian oysters topped with
  • Kilpatrick Style - Fresh bacon diced, worcestershire sauce and fresh lemon.
  • Mornay Style - Fresh cream, parmesan cheese and black pepper.
