Amore Catering specialises in wood oven traditional home style pizzas and charcoal-grilled meat skewers, allowing for progressive eating, served on platters ideal for cocktail parties or buffet. Ranging from 40 people up to 200.
Amore premium quality ingredients and generous portions, means your guests will be impressed. My mobile wood fired oven and traditional char-grill allowing us to share our passion for cooking at your next celebration or party. Amore Food & Fire menu caters for all food groups allowing for a well balanced meal served on platters.
Amore pizza bases are hand made, lightly baked guaranteeing a Fluffy, crispy & consistent pizza for your guests, being an outdoor catering service potentially with hot or cold weather our pizzas are at their premium, in other words no waiting or doughy pizzas.
Amore homemade garlic & herb infused extra virgin olive oil is drizzled on our pizzas & grilled skewers.

- Prosciutto ; Red capsicum, olive & prosciutto garnished with fresh basil.

- Salami ; Red capsicum, mushroom, Kalamata olive, Hungarian salami.
- Spicy Chorizo; Jalapeno, semi-sundried tomato, chorizo with fresh basil.

- Spicy sausage ; Red capsicum, olive, chilli Cacciatore and salami.
- Roasted Pumpkin ; Red onion, mushroom, pumpkin, feta and baby rocket.(V)

Charcoal-Grill Skewers
- Green King Prawn Cutlet 16/20 per pound size peeled.(Two per skewer)
- Marinated with olive oil, garlic, lemon, Greek spices and a touch of chilli.
- Chicken thigh fillet,6 inch 80 gram.
- Marinated with oregano, olive oil garlic and lemon.
- Fillet steak cubed,6 inch 80 gram.
- Marinated with rosemary, garlic and olive oil.
